Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as the expert on all components of the CourseTrends / Golf18 Network Product Suite.
- Achieve and exceed recurring renewal and upsell objectives within your assigned client base.
- Manage all aspects of the upsell process including existing product and new product introduction, qualification, evaluation and close.
- Delivers the highest level of client satisfaction within assigned accounts and ensures contract renewal.
- Be able to demonstrate CourseTrends /Golf18 network products to clients via in-person meetings or online screen share.
- Manage and track customer and transactional information into web-‐based CRM system; logging all client activity within the established processes; keeping customer and prospect account details current and accurate.
- Generates a pipeline of client references, profiles, and case studies for marketing to develop.
- Solicits client feedback on programs and works with Product Management to implement enhancements.
- Work effectively within a team environment to maximize renewal revenue and ensure Customer Success.
- Prepares and delivers Quarterly Business Reviews for each account.
- To be successful in this role, the Account manager will nurture relationships, build value, handle objections, create urgency, and collaborate strategically.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of directly related Account Management work experience in a Sales, Marketing or Customer Success position, which included responsibility for maintaining multiple client relationships.
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Has a strong sense of pace and urgency to ensure work is completed in the expected timelines.
- Required to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external channel partners.
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
- Must be reliable, detailed oriented and skilled professional.
- Travel requirement up to 20%.
Compensation:
